Naturopath & Registered Midwife
Hailing from sunny Coffs Harbour, NSW, Emma enjoyed a very active upbringing filled with trips to the beach, swimming, netball and spending time with her sister and friends.
Experiences with Naturopathic medicine during her teenage years were formative for Emma who upon completing her high school studies took a leap of faith and relocated to Brisbane to follow her dream and commence studies to become a Naturopath.
Early in her career, Emma worked as a Naturopath in a variety of locations such as health food stores, a compounding pharmacy, private practice and in collaboration with GP’s in a medical clinic gaining knowledge and experience along the way.
How a woman feels at the end of her birthing experience, will often impact her more than what type of birth she had.

Brisbane brought not just career success for Emma, but is also where she met her loving husband Ben and put down roots as a family. Following the devastating loss of their first baby at 21 weeks pregnant, Emma and Ben went on to have three more beautiful children, as well as, adopting a very naughty, but very lovable Amstaff puppy, Matilda.
Emma’s four very different births underpinned her love of holisitc midwifery, where her passion for helping women experience their best pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey began.
Embarking on her Midwifery studies when her youngest was just 11 months old, Emma became a Registered Midwife in 2017 and hasn't looked back, juggling her work as a midwife and a robust family life ever since. A lifelong learner and not one to rest on her laurels, around her busy practice, Emma also completed a Master’s Degree in Primary Maternity Care in 2023.
When she's not caring for her clients you'll find Emma recharging away from it all - camping, going for bush walks, swimming, eating yummy food, enjoying a strawberry daiquiri or two and having a good laugh! But mostly, as is her way, she loves being surrounded by her family and close friends.
Content and utterly fulfilled by her full family and working lives, Emma is deeply passionate about and feels privileged to share the magical results achieved by her unique blend of Naturopathic care and woman-centred Midwifery with the women and families she has worked with.
